NASA Technology
&
E. Beaver Innovation (who would have
thought E. Beaver and NASA
would ever be used in the same
sentence?)
Originally developed by NASA...
CoolPak
technology is based on aluminum's ability
to reflect 95% of the radiant heat to which it is exposed, thus
creating an effective radiant barrier. In other words...
CoolPak keeps the
temperature of it's contents (wine for instance) stable relative to
outside temperatures by curbing the "accelerating" affect brought on
by temperature fluctuations during shipment. (Imagine your valuable
wine sitting in the back of a delivery truck in the dead of summer
or winter!)
CoolPak has proven its
effectiveness, and is already used by major producers and
import/export firms for container mass transport of sensitive food
products. CoolPak's
test results are very impressive.
CoolPak can
work in tandem with our Lay-Flat Wine
Shipper system. Together they can accommodate up to 12 bottles
while forming an effective barrier against weather extremes.
